Personal Development

You know you want something different.

Now it’s time to understand what it take to create it.

PivotPoint provides psychologically informed behavioral coaching for people who are ready to make meaningful changes in how they think, respond, relate, and move through life. We look beneath the surface of what isn't working, using behavioral science and attachment research to understand what is shaping your experience—and create a clear path toward something different.

The Pivot Point Method™

When you begin working with PivotPoint, you won't be handed a formula or asked to follow someone else's idea of personal growth.

We'll begin with where you actually are: what you're experiencing, what you've tried, what's getting in the way, and what you want to be different.

From there, the work becomes increasingly clear.

You'll begin to understand the psychological and behavioral forces influencing your choices and responses. You'll identify what is within your control, what needs to change, and what new ways of responding will move you toward the life you're trying to create.

The work is grounded in research and informed by graduate-level training in marriage and family therapy. It is thoughtful without being abstract and practical without oversimplifying the person.

Within the first 45 days, you should have a clearer understanding of what is happening, why it is happening, and what you can begin doing differently.

Where the Work Begins

Change begins with understanding where you are. We look at the experiences, beliefs, and ways of responding that have shaped your current reality, then identify what can change. The goal isn't to reinvent who you are, but to help you move through life with greater clarity, choice, and intention.

C. G. Jung

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who we truly are.

A different way forward

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Start with where you are, what you want to change, and what you're hoping will be different.

Let's begin there.
